We got hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators and the purchasing process was fine. They were friendly and I would recommend them. Nosotros love our new flooring. Information technology looks nifty.

I talked with a very knowledgeable staff fellow member at LL Flooring's Erie shop and nosotros went through every type of floor and the pricing. He was very transparent about the pricing, what the values were, what I was looking for, and the dissimilar underlayment options for me. Yous're leery when you purchase something off of a two-square-foot block in the store and you get a footling chip concerned. Only I looked at the website and the room visualizer was helpful to get an idea and make a determination. I tin kind of take a pic and change the flooring.
I went dorsum the next 24-hour interval and gave him the business for the whole house that I was floor. They were really helpful with walking me through all of that and getting everything set. I was getting it delivered to the Pittsburgh store and they were really collaborative and spoke very highly of their colleagues at the Pittsburgh store. The delivery was great and the guy was very professional and did a great job.
The but thing that could accept been improved was I got one box that had been sitting there for a while. I could tell information technology was dirty and there were dates printed on the boxes when they were manufactured and that box was from 2019. Information technology must take been sitting in the Pittsburgh store, which the Erie shop warned me about. Also, there was one board that was chipped just I was able to utilize it when I had to cut an area. Other than those, the floor itself exceeded my expectations and it was super easy to install. I was shocked at the quality of information technology compared to what the cost was.

A friend of ours in the neighborhood bought flooring from LL Flooring and said that the toll was really practiced. I found a flooring online and I really liked the colour of information technology. LL Flooring carried that so we went over and looked at samples. We were delighted to find that the vinyl flooring was marked down and so we ordered it that day. It'south a new product that's made in Federal republic of germany. It's chosen Duravana seven-millimeter hybrid resilient flooring. Nosotros were actually worried that information technology would accept forever to get our product. But they delivered the product in four weeks. The ordering and the delivery of our flooring and everything that went with it went off without a hitch.
We had the product for quite a while before installers were able to come up and install it. We didn't hear back and we kept calling only the mailbox was total. A supervisor got in contact with us and nosotros found out that one of the workers got COVID. They had to completely shut the shop down. My husband drove all the way over to Salinas and it said "Airtight for cleaning." That put them two weeks backside. All of our bedroom furniture had been in our living room for a month.
Virtually 25 years ago, we had Wilsonart laminate put in our family room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway. When they came out to install that, there were v guys and did the work in one mean solar day. We were surprised that information technology was merely one guy who came for the installation from LL Flooring. He worked all mean solar day in the rain and got most of the floor installed. He waited until noon on Tuesday to come back to make sure that it wasn't going to be raining then finished up. On Wednesday, he came back and was only here for a couple of hours to do a little bit of trim work.
We walk to the sleeping room and the man wasn't there anymore. The floor was washed and he was gone. That surprised u.s. because ordinarily with all the other installers years ago had united states sign off. Other than that, the human being did a great job. The work was washed a calendar week and a half earlier Christmas. My new floor was in and nosotros moved our bedroom in. That was our Christmas present. Nosotros honey information technology so far and we've been actually happy.

I was looking for some floors to be put down. We wanted a handy person to come in and do them. They never responded. I was looking at a competitor and I couldn't notice what I wanted at that place. My sister told me to expect at Lumber Liquidators and so I did. I had a selection there and it was easily downwardly. There was a gratuitous judge and I signed up for that.
The guy came in to our home. I was at work but my mother was there. She put me on speakerphone. She measured the foursquare human foot and told the guy that was what we needed. He said that nosotros would receive a call. I got a call and talked to the guy on the Boulevard. He said that nosotros could talk about financing, get over the whole 9 yards, and so we made an date. My mom and I went in. The price was incredible. He said, "This is what nosotros're doing. This is what I'm going to ship you. This is the timeframe."
They got dorsum in touch with me within four days. I had everything delivered on time from the moldings to the floor. Because of the holidays, I thought I would non get my floors done until afterward January. The adult female called me and said that they had a cancellation and my all-time bet was to take this opportunity. It was the 24-hour interval before Christmas Eve and I agreed. She said they would come between eight:00 and x:00 and the 2 guys were here by 8:30. They did the cupboard and put some moldings inside there. They lifted up the stove and the refrigerator. They took them all back. They threw the cleaning products in at that place. I got off work at 3 o'clock and they were done and gone. They cleaned up everything and left a few boxes.
It was a flawless finish. I have shown my coworkers everything and they honey it. The floors are incredible. Like my mom, we wanted them to stand in it but she didn't want to leave and they're staying with a polyurethane. I was very satisfied with all of it. I wish I had more money so I can get my whole house done. Since they left a few boxes, I'm thinking of ownership a couple more then having my bedroom done. I'll accept my basement washed next year and I'm going to be calling LL again.

We went commencement to look at cabinets, and then we saw that LL Flooring was right next door. We walked over at that place originally, and so we weren't ready to purchase in shop at that fourth dimension, then we just placed an order online later when nosotros got habitation. It was easy to observe the products on the website. I was looking for white stair risers and in that location were quite a few products that didn't have the imagery merely withal. But I was able to get into the product details and confirm that they were white and the verbal color and if it was finished in the top left bottom or right.
I got the painted poplar riser and they were much better than what I thought. Right now we're in the middle of a domicile renovation, and those were really difficult to observe, and LL Flooring was the merely i that had them in stock. I recollect almost people didn't order them considering there wasn't a product image, and they didn't know what it was. But I kinda got lucky and they were able to become them pretty quickly for me and then it was actually nice.
We went to the store in a week or two. That day they were doing some h2o pressure treatment exterior the shop, so they were cleaning up, but they were so friendly. The people who were working at that place were making sure that people came in and out of the door safely and that they didn't trip on the water. They were able to get our gild. Nosotros pulled up to the back and picked information technology up rapidly. They helped the states get information technology into the machine. Information technology was a great service.

I ordered laminate flooring online and the website was super simple to become through. What I like is that I can add my floor in, meet what it looks like with the colors the site has, and take a motion picture of the room. It helps me lucifer a lot easier than going into the store and actually looking at it, and and then trying to put a phone upwardly adjacent to it. Information technology works a lot amend. Simply make sure to take the picture of the room in practiced lighting, and so add the flooring in. The sales representatives were quick with getting the e-mail. They called and left a voicemail and permit me know that my society was ready to choice upwards.
The quality of the floor is really good. The only thing I didn't like is that I just bought flooring that had the pad on the dorsum because I was putting information technology in a basement with a vapor barrier down. But on a lot of the boards, it wasn't fifty-fifty, and then I knew it was the manufacturing sheets. A lot of the times, I was having to go in and take off little slices of the bottom because it would get-go on a perfect bending and then become up, and I assumed that was the fashion it was laid on and cut considering I knew that they make it on a larger board and then cut the pieces to fit. Merely once everything was installed, it turned out perfect. LL Flooring'due south products are meliorate than what'southward offered at the big-box stores, like the price points. I merely take my time and wait until something goes on sale that I desire.

I dealt with Drew and he was very helpful. He seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. The store wasn't totally gear up, so I wasn't finding what I was looking for only he said, "I call up I know exactly what you want." So he went back into the warehouse and came out with a sample and said, "Is this what you're looking for?" I said, "Exactly." So I was thrilled, having gone to six other stores and not being able to detect exactly what I wanted. Information technology worked very smoothly and very well.

Nosotros've used them in the past and we were very happy with the business that nosotros worked with on them. We purchased the vinyl floor, that snap together flooring, the underlayment, the padding that goes underneath it, the quarter round that goes around the baseboards. Nosotros besides purchased some threshold strips, that transition from the doorway when you lot come up in the firm to into the house.

Nosotros bought the 12-millimeter Topsail from LL Floor. So far, I dearest it. I put it in the whole house. Nosotros started terminal twelvemonth and bought half of it. When we came back to our Florida home, we were surprised they however had it stocked and so we bought information technology for the balance of the house. Nosotros went to the one store and nosotros picked out flooring for our living room and dining room. Then we picked out a different floor for our bedroom. Merely when we were buying it, the salesman never said anything. He just rang us all up. We paid. We got back and they started loading it. Then he said, "Now, y'all know y'all'll have to become to the other store to get the rest of this." I went, "What?"
He never mentioned, "I don't have that all stocked here. You lot'll have to get pick up the remaining of your club somewhere else." Or right there and then, I would have stopped that function of my order. We would've gone ahead and bought the living room and dining room and came home with that. Simply we've been back quite a few times since then. Nosotros had been to 4 unlike LL Flooring stores only because they wouldn't take as many boxes equally I needed to do what I needed to do because our rooms are big. My whole house in Florida is done now. It's a great production. Nosotros're happy with information technology. I would definitely refer everyone to become to LL Flooring.

We oasis't put the flooring in simply the experience has been skilful. LL Flooring had a amend product. Also, I enjoyed that they had that app where you can picture flooring in your own habitation. And when I had questions, and I chosen up to the shop in Martinsburg, the admirer answered every question. Even on the phone, he spent time trying to help me out. And when we went upwardly there in person, purchased the flooring, he was the same gentleman there. He was phenomenal about answering the questions, showing u.s.a. products, and trying to help the states with figuring square footage, etc. And so, he's actually good. Harley treated me like I was the nearly important customer there was, so I appreciated that. It has been a wonderful feel.

I went into the location at Pensacola, Florida and got some laminate flooring. I had to go back to option it up and then they did the installation. All the work they've done for me was dandy and done in a timely manner. The job took a shorter menses of time than they initially predictable and it was very professional, getting the task washed in a one day process while it's a 2-twenty-four hours process. I love the flooring as well. It'due south great.
